Man its been rough for the racers the last few weeks at some race tracks. I wonder were Mother Nature would be in the IMCA National Point standings. I would like to let people know that complain about promoters calling off races because of the weather. Its one of the hardest decisions they have to make. Its a darn if you do, darn if you don't thing. Trust me the promoter would rather have the races for all the time and effort that they put into their race tracks.
On another note, I have came across a website that has some pretty good reads written by Ron Meyer out of the Omaha area. He has written for Late Model Magazine and is writing articles for Dirt Late Model adn Dirt Modified magazines. Check out his website http://www.therestofthedirt.com/. Here is also a link on an article he wrote about a good friend of mine Ron Lee who I helped out a few years and was the 2004 IMCA Late Model Nebraska State Champion. http://www.therestofthedirt.com/Archive/Cowboy.pdf
Well thats it from me for now. Everybody stay safe.
